This summer, Mr. Tortilla is introducing low-carb tortillas that help to encourage healthy habits just in time for Taco Tuesday. The one-carb tortilla has the potential to appeal specifically to the keto community, as well as people who have struggled with guilt and poor eating habits during quarantine. With its one-carb tortilla, Mr. Tortilla is on a mission to "help people reclaim their post-quarantine bodies."

The crunchy, guilt-free multigrain tortilla comes in a small taco size that shares 15 calories, plus a well-balanced amount of protein and fiber. The tacos are strong yet flexible and are said to have a great crunchy texture when fried. While tacos are often double-layered to support mess-free eating, one of these compact and durable new tortillas is said to be sturdy enough on its own.
