Lovecraft Country: Sanctum Invites Fans Into a Virtual Reality World

To introduce Lovecraft Country as its latest hit show, HBO created an all-new social VR experience called Lovecraft Country: Sanctum that invites fans to experience the world for themselves in virtual reality. Sanctum is described as a series of exclusive virtual reality events and it features three live events throughout the season with guest voiceover performances.
The virtual events unfold on VRChat, so that fans are able to experience the immersive environment alongside others. Those who aren't able to participate in the exclusive virtual reality event can also tune into the experience by catching the livestream on YouTube, which also offers opportunities to interact in real-time—like solving riddles and triggering spells that will shape the experience.
