Floral Beard Editorials

The Lone Wolf Magazine Issue 9 editorial focuses on the fairy tale of 'The Bearded Lady,' for which the photoshoot is named after. Although it appears to be newly made up, it is one that could easily be elaborated upon thanks to the strikingly unusual photos that accompany such a theme. Instead of revolving around actual hair, the beards featured throughout are made out of flowers.

Quirky, playful and feminine, the Lone Wolf Magazine Issue 9 editorial is also inspired by classical paintings. Striking regal poses for the photoshoot, model Gisele Pletzer shows how "beauty has its roots deeply implanted in the unconventional, feeding upon the unexpected, encouraging oddity, embracing the eccentricity," writes Fashionising. It was shot by photographer Katriena Emmanuel with floral arrangements by Lord Newry.
