Pokemoto's New Lobster Seafood Salad is a Protein-Rich Option

Pokemoto. the rapidly expanding Hawaiian poke bowl restaurant concept by Muscle Maker, Inc. recently announced the launch of a new Lobster Seafood Salad.

Perfectly times to coincide with National Lobster Day on September 25th, the new menu item is a fresh new way to indulge in everyone's favorite crustacean. The protein-rich new salad combines generous hunks of lobster with white fish, Japanese mayo, and special seasoning. The salad can be ordered in any pick two or pick three bowls, salads or burritos. As Pokemoto CEO Mike Roper says of the new launch, "We’ve been testing the product and feedback has been excellent. Our stores are decorated with lobster decor which creates a fun environment for our guests and helps promote the new protein option."
