Pokeworks, the leading fast-casual poke brand, is setting itself apart from the competition this summer with a luxurious new offering: the Luxe Lobster Bowl.
Just as the name suggests, the new Luxe Lobster Bowl is a high-quality poke bowl made with delicious chunks of real lobster meat. The lobster itself is sourced from King & Prince and then prepared fresh in the chef’s kitchen. To complement the flavors of this rich and flavorful protein, Pokeworks then adds juicy mandarin oranges, sweet surimi, some fresh-cut vegetables, and the brand's signature Ponzu Fresh sauce, all served over a bed of fluffy white rice.
