Lincoln's Wishlist is Documenting Dogs Rescued from California's Fires

Countless pets are missing after America's deadliest fire in over a century spread across Paradise, California, prompting the popular Instagram account, The Dogist, to help form Lincoln's Wishlist -- a new photo-based campaign from the automotive company that's reuniting families with their missing pets.

More than 1,400 dogs have been rescued by the North Valley Animal Disaster Group from the fires in California. With the help of Lincoln, Elias Friedman, the man behind The Dogist Instagram account, is traveling across California, visiting various animal shelters to document and share every dog that's been found following the fires.

The campaign's overall goal is to drum up enough publicity to reconnect pets with their owners, as The Dogist's Instagram has over 3.4 million followers.
