Lina Peak is a mixed-use high-rise concept proposed for the alpine village of Zermatt, located near the Matterhorn. The tower is designed to reach approximately 260 meters in height across 65 floors on a compact square footprint. The program organizes housing, hospitality, and public amenities vertically within a single structure. Lower and mid-level floors are allocated to residential units intended for local residents and seasonal workers, while upper levels are designated for private apartments. The base of the building incorporates shared facilities, including retail spaces, restaurants, recreational areas, and community services.
