Atari Hotels has released newly refined plans for its flagship Phoenix property, introducing a hospitality concept centered on immersive entertainment and interactive design. Construction is projected to begin in late 2026 at 840 N. Central Avenue, located in the Roosevelt Row Arts District, positioning the development as a future centerpiece of downtown Phoenix.
The project has been designed by international architecture studio Räkkhaus, with an architectural vision shaped by futuristic themes, illuminated surfaces, and kinetic visual elements. The building is intended to function as a highly visible landmark, using light, scale, and form to reflect digital culture within the urban environment.
Planned amenities span more than 90,000 square feet and include a large concert and event venue, an esports and sportsbook space, immersive gaming and nightlife environments, dining and retail offerings, and a resort-style pool. The hotel will feature "72 guest rooms and 19 suites referencing Atari’s founding year, along with a 4,000-square-foot penthouse" designed to host prominent cultural figures.
