In honor of the Cannes Film Festival in France, a limited-edition Stella Artois can has been released to advertise the festival. This new packaging is being called 'packvertising' because it is a combination of advertising and packaging.
The packaging takes the form of a comic strip-inspired theme. The idea is to tell a story across four different cans. Each can will reveal a new piece of the story just like watching a film on screen. The storyboard concept is reflective of films and incorporates many interesting features like car chases, drama, a love story and unexpected twists.
It is just like watching a film cascade across the limited edition Stella Artois cans. The use of bold bright colors adds a playfully exciting theme to each can.
