Blizzard Entertainment Officially Launches the Lifeweaver Game

Blizzard Entertainment's Overwatch is launching a new support hero known as Lifeweaver with the official launch date set for April 11th. Players will be able to play the new character for free only for a limited time. Lifeweaver is a Thai scientist who has long and flowing hair, stylish sensibility, and a confident demeanor.

The backstory paints the picture of him as a naturalist that uses bio-light technology to "cure diseases and heal the world." Additionally, the gameplay trailer shows off the new hero that uses plant-themed hard light powers to restore health. It also uses movement powers to turn the tide of battle. The character's ultimate move calls forth a large and glowing tree that constantly heals teammates around him.
