LG Pay Recently Received a United States Launch

LG Pay is now active for users within the United States. The launch comes two years after the mobile payment systems' original launch in South Korea. The system offers a mobile payment method to smartphone users that is contactless. LG Pay works by users swiping up from the lower section of the screen or alternatively using voice commands. Also accompanying the launch is integration with loyalty programs as well as with Swych, which is a program that allows people to send gift cards to others.

LG Pay is initially available on the G8 ThinQ. The service will come to a number of other devices in the coming months, which include the V50 5G, V40, G7, as well as the mobile payment system that will be available on all future LG smartphones.
