Expanding Lawyer Firm Programs

Lawyers for Justice, P.C. Expands Launchpad Program to Seattle

Lawyers for Justice, P.C. has expanded its Launchpad Program to Seattle, Washington. This structured initiative is credited with providing post-bar law clerks with hands-on experience working alongside litigation teams while they await their bar exam results. The initiative also offers the possibility of being hired as first-year associate attorneys upon passing.

In addition to its entry-level Launchpad Program, Lawyers for Justice, P.C. noted that it also received recognition from Bloomberg Law as a 2026 Leading Law Firm, an honor based on financial performance, talent development, growth, and innovation.

Recent law school graduates and aspiring employment litigators would be highly interested in this program because it solves a difficult transitional period between passing law school and receiving bar exam results, a time when many graduates struggle to find meaningful legal work.
