The program pairs mentees with LGBT+ mentors and allies from inclusive companies like LinkedIn, Snapchat, AstraZeneca, Pearson, and GoCardless for personalized, one-on-one mentorship over three months.

This initiative provides mentees with industry insights, career development strategies, and support for navigating workplace challenges. Beyond mentorship, participants gain access to networking opportunities, workshops, and resources tailored to their professional goals. Career Accelerator fosters a more inclusive workforce by partnering with forward-thinking businesses while empowering the next generation of LGBT+ professionals to succeed.
