Launched in April 2015, this joyous McDonald's commercial features the iconic Latin song 'Gloria' by Laura Branigan. The feel-good television spot makes great use of the 1982 hit song that does a great job of highlighting the bilcultural space present in the United States.
The scene features a variety of characters joyfully enjoying their McDonald's meals while having a dance party to the hit Latin song. Notable scenes include a young lady and her grandmother dancing as they shop for a quinceañera dress, while others are shown dancing to the contagious beat while at work or while catching up with friends.
The charismatic and happy 'Gloria' McDonald's spot was created by Alma, an award-winning Miami-based Hispanic ad agency with additional offices in San Francisco and Tallahassee.
