Klein Agency works together with SITU Development on a modern home located in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood. The space was once a ranch in the 1930s and what stands now is a luxurious home. Previously, it had issues including a closed kitchen, small spaces, small windows, and more.
The new upgrades comprise a new layout with additional bedrooms and an interior courtyard. There is also a deck with a pool that overlooks the San Gabriel Mountains. The new kitchen has an angled form that opens up to the elevated living room. Additional updates include the Italian marble countertops and premium Douglas FIt cabinets that have been custom-made. The flooring is made from white oak to brighten up the space.
