The project reorganises the existing structure to create expanded living spaces where natural light and sightlines are drawn into the interior through new window walls and recessive framing. The design introduces materials that layer and articulate the elevations, including warm timber, masonry, and refined metalwork that provide texture and contrast while retaining the original home’s restrained modernist language.
