Los Angeles-based design firm Cover Architecture has unveiled a look at its new Moongate ADU which is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home measures 620 square feet and is defined by its captivating sculptural facade with a creative fusion of geometric forms.
This allows it to truly stand out as a modern addition to the ranch-style home first created in the 60s. The Moongate ADU was designed by Mike Wang, the principal architect at the firm -- it is designed for his mother and her partner: Pei and Dan who are also both former professors. The dwelling is meant to offer a comfortable space as they enjoy their retirement while staying close to the family in the main home.
