Equality-Themed Cartoon-Esque Slides

adida and Kevin Lyons Highlight Monster Characters for Spring

New York-baed artist and notable streetwear icon Kevin Lyons works in collaboration with adidas on his own interpretation of the sportswear imprint's slides. The artist is recognized for his colorful Monster characters and these playful faces make their way onto the iconic adilette sandals for the season.

The slides are made from the brand's signature cloudfoam footbed foundation in a hazy orange hue. It is then detailed with Lyon's characters in purple and a darker orange for contrast. It scatters all across the silhouette as the top forefoot strap is made with soft and fuzzy cotton material. Branding can be found on the top stitched on in bubble letters to follow the same design language.
