The Nelson House was designed by Kerr Ritchie and it offers stunning views of the Tasman Bay in Nelson, New Zealand. The home has a unique geometric shape that makes it a very beautiful modern structure. Large windows around the house offer spectacular views of the land, sky and sea that surround the house.
At the side of the house, there's a sand playground for your little ones so you can get that beachy feel to your weekends. Beside the sand pit is a small patio where you and your guests can relax, enjoy some lemonade and take in the beauty of the surroundings.
Kerr Ritchie designed the interiors to have lots of warm colors that reflect the exteriors -- teal tiles in the kitchen and warm wood on the walls. The teal tiles resemble the sparkling Tasman Bay and the wood represents the lush woodlands that surround the home.
