ERRE Arquitectos built the Casa Ferran, which is a cozy beach house located in Chile. Specifically, it is in Matanzas along the coast. It measures about 240 square meters and creates a U-shape form, resting on the edge of a cliff and looking down to the Pacific Ocean. The designer behind the home is Raimundo Gutiérrez of ERRE Arquitectos.
When the holiday home was being built, the architect ensured that it was intricately meeting three important factors. Gutiérrez wanted to ensure that it was protected against the harsh winds with privacy on both the north and south sides without disrupting the views of the sea.
