To celebrate Halloween and the return of the lemon and slime flavour Jaffa Cakes, hundreds of Jaffa Cake fans embarked on Central London to take part in a game of Jaffa bobbing.
According to reports, apple bobbing has been played for 2,000 years in the UK, but this unique marketing campaign saw fans bob for lemon and slime Jaffa Cakes in green jelly. Hundreds got stuck as they bobbed for five Jaffa Cakes in the edible gunge.
Don’t worry though, participants were made to wear goggles, they always used fresh jelly and there were plenty of towels for contestants to clean their faces after they had been bobbing. This was a truly random twist on what is an iconic British snack.
Implications - A truly unique way to sample a new flavour of Jaffa Cakes to the masses
