Four-Storey Island Resorts

This Luxury Resort is Perched Atop a Rock in the Middle of the Ocean

Unlike traditional island resorts, this luxurious villa located on Dunbar Rock is located in the middle the Mesoamerican barrier reef and it consumers the entirety of the single-rock island.

The secluded villa is pure white and features reach a four-storey height. The single-rock island is surrounded by crystal clear water that reveals the aquatic life below the water's surface. The rock resides in a cluster of Guanaja Bay Islands and can only be reached by boat or a helicopter.

The interior of this luxury retreat features an oceanfront infinity pool, a bar, a heliport, an enormous dining room and a small private beach. Unlike other island resorts, this villa is a single structure located in the ocean surrounded by water instead of expansive beaches or jungles.
