I've encountered many incredible digital illustrations online, but these Isabel Arena paintings still catch my attention. I always muster the time to examine each piece a little more thoroughly than I do with other people's work, because her pieces always exemplify great versatility in comparison to her contemporaries. The way Isabel Arena harmonizes line drawings with realistic painterly renderings is something I greatly admire, as many artists have tried to meld the two together, but aren't quite as successful.
Isabel Arena currently works as an illustrator in Sarasota, Florida. She's created pieces for editorials, fashion magazines, music posters, ads and t-shirts, but I still enjoy her self-initiated projects the best.
Arena also has a penchant for putting surrealist elements into her paintings, amplifying her already stunning visuals with imaginative ideas.
