Hand Formed Sconce Lights

The Iris Sconce is produced using hand-blown glass shaped directly by artisans, resulting in individual wall lights with subtle variations in thickness, curvature, and surface texture. Each piece forms an organic, palm-like silhouette that cradles the light source and diffuses illumination outward rather than projecting it directly. The glass body is mounted as a wall sconce and designed to sit slightly proud of the surface, allowing light to interact with both the fixture and the surrounding wall. Because the glass is formed by hand rather than molded, no two pieces are identical in outline or internal pattern. The fixture is intended for residential interiors such as hallways, bedrooms, or living spaces where soft ambient lighting is preferred.

The sconce uses a concealed light source positioned behind the glass form to emphasize translucency and depth. Its construction focuses on material expression rather than mechanical complexity, with the glass acting as both structure and diffuser. Installation follows standard wall-mounted lighting practices and accommodates typical interior electrical setups.
