Scaled Industrial AI Integrations

EY Expands Its Partnership With SymphonyAI IRIS Foundry

Ernst & Young expanded its alliance with Symphony AI to embed the IRIS Foundry industrial AI platform into EY’s manufacturing and operations transformation services and EY.ai Value Blueprints. The move is designed to help manufacturers scale AI beyond isolated pilots and into enterprise-wide production and supply chain operations.

The partnership extends a 2023 collaboration that previously focused on retail and financial services. SymphonyAI’s industrial platform, trained on data from more than 80,000 assets, will now sit within EY’s Order-to-Cash Master Value Blueprint, connecting asset performance, materials planning, supplier collaboration and procurement execution through a more integrated operational layer.

For manufacturers, the combined offering aims to shorten implementation timelines and reduce deployment risk by embedding AI into operating models from the outset. The approach could improve materials planning, supplier visibility and real-time decision-making across complex, multisite environments.
