Hops-Seasoned French Fries

Red Robin's New Hop-Salt Fries Combine the Best of Food and Beer

Few things go together better than beer and French Fries, which makes Red Robin's new Hop-Salt Fries the ultimate culinary mashup. Created in partnership with the Boston Beer Company (the same company that brews Samuel Adams), the new fries are a beer lover's dream come true.

Red Robin's new Hop-Salt Fries originally made their debut last fall at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival and are now available as a limited-edition menu item. The tasty side dish consists of Red Robin's famous Bottomless Steak Fries, sprinkled with a unique seasoning developed by the Boston Beer Company. This seasoning includes both Hallertau and Tettnang hops, along with orange peel, and brown sugar to balance the slight bitterness of the hops. As Red Robin's SVP and CMO Dana Benfield explain, "Our culinary team does a great job at finding just the right balance of high-quality ingredients that work together to bring out a truly unique flavor experience."
