Hokkaido Brewing's Selection Includes Peach, Melon, Cherry and Pear Brews

Hokkaido Brewing specializes in artisan, fruit-infused brews, each made from fresh ingredients sourced from Northern Japan. Its unique selection is tasty, refreshing and authentic to the Hokkaido, "the second largest and northernmost island of Japan," and a region known for "beautiful landscapes, mesmerizing snowfall, and (of course) its delicious assortment of fresh grown fruit."

Hokkaido Brewing's fruit beer selection includes eight signature brews, including a Lemon Lager, a Pilsner-style Pear Lager, a Melon Ale, a blended Cherry and Berry Ale, a Niagara Ale made with white grapes, a Yamanashi-infused Peach White Ale, a Honey Apple Ale and a Yuzu Lager.

The brewery also offers a selection of seven Otaru Beers including a porter, a stout and an amber ale among others.
