Plastic Bottle Cloud Projects

The Head in the Clouds Installation is Made From Recyclable Material

Made from a series of recyclable materials, Head in the Clouds uses bottles to create artificial clouds. Created by StudioKCA, the project is the main focus for this year's City of Dreams Pavilion that will run for a short period in June.

Head in the Clouds makes a splash with regard to sheer magnitude because it is as big as the actual things, yet made with plastic bottles to place a focus onto the state of the environment and the economy. Using various colors of plastic bottles gives the enclosure a lovely ambience that encourages patrons to come inside and experience. Now, if only we always used waste to create such beauty; we'd likely see a decrease in the percentage of landfill waste.
