The Harley-Davidson motorbike that debuted during the Milan Motorcycle Show marks the company's first venture in the world of automatic, sustainable vehicles. Dubbed 'the LiveWire,' the product is said to be released in 2019.

The model essentially appeals to a younger audience and is designed to drive new consumers to the Harley-Davidson brand. For one, the eco-conscious design of the LiveWire is sure to appeal to the planet-friendly Millenial audience. Secondly, the Harley-Davidson motorbike boasts an easy-to-navigate design with its "twist-and-go" set-up. Thus, riders do not have to worry about the clutch and throttle, when they are trying to shift gears.

Harley-Davidson is planning to eventually expand its offerings of electric motorcycles to include even more new rider-friendly models that are "lighter, smaller and [...] more accessible" than the LiveWire.
