Beer Sculptures

Every year, the city of Harbin in northern China celebrates its annual ice festival. In sub zero temperatures, artists gather to create fantastic and monumental ice sculptures. This year, enthusiasts created a pretty cool sculpture using only beer.

Why would you do that, and can you consume it after? were my immediate thoughts, but after watching the video, and seeing these guys build their gigantic beer sculpture one bottle at a time, I figured out that they are probably your garden variety eccentric beer-loving artists.
