Guapa was inspired by the lightweight technologies used in surfing and wake-boarding; taking some of these elements and combining them with passion for the environment, the company designed the Sustainable Bamboo Bike. Bamboo is known for being one of the world’s fastest-growing plants. It's also incredibly sustainable. The result is a smooth, natural-looking aesthetic. Additional premium materials for rims, cranks and pedals are added, alongside some carbon fiber.
The bike is not only sustainable, but visually appealing. While not yet in full production, expect the Guapa Sustainable Bamboo Bike to hit stores early next year.
