Streamlined Group Scooter Rentals

Lime Will Roll Out a Group Scooter Feature in the US and Canada

Lime will make group scooter rides available to customers in the United States as well as Canada. The feature will enable a convenient way to purchase rides for multiple people traveling on scooters together. A streamlined group access function could entice more people to use Lime scooters over models form other companies. The group scooter ride feature was originally launched in cities across Europe and Latin America during the summer.

In the Lime app users can select the "Group Ride" button and choose which scooters they will ride. Users will be able to group up to 5 scooters together under one account. The one who selected the group ride can also end each individual ride as necessary.

The feature will roll out in different North American cities over the next few weeks.
