Green Claim is a Dutch consumer activist company that specializes in mediating complaints from airline customers. What makes Green Claim different from other consumer activist groups is that they let their customers decide how much they want to pay for their services.

Green Claim lets customers pay as little or as much as they want for their refunds, which range from 125 to 600 Euros. The pay-what-you-want service is awesome, but it is what Green Claim does with its profits that further separates it from the pack. Twenty percent of Green Claim's income is used to fund renewable energy projects in developing countries through a company called GreenSeat. Despite American airline carriers benefiting from this development, Green Claim's services are only available to those flying in the EU.
