Violaine Orsoni and Jeremy Schneider of graphic design studio Violaine & Jeremy stun art lovers with this series of vivid animal illustrations. The Parisian design duo are known for a range of visually striking projects that play with perception.

Depicting beard-wearing animals, this series of animal illustrations personifies wild creatures from both the forest and the jungle. These wild animals are adorned with faux facial hair that is made up of various botanical motifs. Each of the art pieces is both charming and incredibly detailed, revealing lifelike illustrations of flowers, foliage and smaller animals that appear hidden in the beards of lions, apes and grizzly bears.

In addition to drawing botanical animal beards, the design duo also illustrates human subjects that boast the same facial hair look.
