Mexican-Inspired Grain-Free Cookies

The Grain Free Mexican Cookies are Made in Small Batches

On its newly launched online exclusive platform, Siete Small Batch, Siete Family Foods will be introducing Grain Free Mexican Cookies in varieties like Mexican chocolate, Mexican Wedding and Mexican shortbread. Each of the cookie varieties rely on the use of alternative flours, primarily almond and coconut flour, to create flavorful bases for each flavor.

While the crunchy Grain Free Mexican Chocolate Cookies are enhanced with cocoa and cinnamon, the Grain Free Mexican Wedding Cookies are dressed up with pecans, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Last but not least, there's also the Grain Free Mexican Shortbread Cookies, which are a sweet, crunchy and grain-free take on a classic cookie recipe.

These grain-free cookies will be the first products appearing on Siete Small Batch and the platform will give consumers the first chance to experience the new products.
