Although the Grab app has already establishing itself in select airports as a handy resource for hungry travelers who want to avoid the long lines that can accumulate at their favorite food spots, the app has recently been more widely adopted at different locations in response to the pandemic—expanding to more locations across the US, Mexico, and the UK.
As airports stick to strict safety protocols to prevent the spread of the virus, the Grab app functions as a great tool, helping to reduce lines, making it easier for customers to pick up their food or retail items without having to browse in-person, and increasing profits for participating businesses. In addition to reducing wait times, the app also gives users more chances to save, with discount codes often shared through it. Given the unfamiliar and sometimes complicated business locations in some airports, the Grab app also offers turn-by-turn directions so that users don't have to worry about getting lost before their flight.
