It's true: The management at Alton Towers Resort has manufactured the Royaller-Coaster carriage for a thrill ride called THI3TEEN, with a gold-plated 20-square-meter exterior. Twenty-four carats adorns the palatial coaster car, making it an incredibly valuable piece of amusement park equipment. The golden coach will be stored away safely and securely, only to be installed on the tumultuous tracks when the royal couple come to visit the U.K. theme park.
