Baseball Athlete-Inspired Menus

P.F. Chang’s Golden Feast Channels Mookie Betts

According to P.F. Chang’s, "Mookie Betts embodies excellence, celebration, and star power" and this is why the restaurant tapped the baseball player for the campaign surrounding its Golden Fest menu.

In essence, the Golden Feast draws inspiration from South Korea’s celebration of the season’s first snowfall. The menu boasts Korean Fried Chicken, a "mouthwatering delicacy, perfectly crispy, juicy, and tender," which is lightly coated in a specially prepared dry-rub five-spice seasoning or sweet and spicy Korean sauce. The Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken is the second offering from the Golden Feast menu. It combines lightly battered boneless chicken thighs with dry-rub five-spice seasoning, roasted guajillo chili, and basil leaves. Finally, fresh pickled cucumbers and red onions round out the menu. P.F. Chang's also boasts some sauces to sweeten the deal, including the Sweet Soy Glaze, the Dynamite, the Hot Honey, and the Chili Crisp sauces.
