P.F. Chang's recently announced the launch of a brand-new holiday menu with dishes like Peking Duck Spring Rolls and Cantonese-Style Lobster.
Featuring flavors from across Asia, the new holiday menu gives consumers a delicious alternative to turkey and mashed potatoes. One of the standouts from the new menu is the Cantonese-Style Lobster, which consists of wild-caught lobster, paired with prawns, butter sauce, pan-fried noodles, egg, and green onions. As for appetizers, the Peking Duck Spring Rolls and Chang’s Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup are great options. The menu even includes a new Winter in Beijing Cocktail, which combines Grey Goose Vodka with Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori Sake, lychee, lemon, and meringue.
P.F. Chang’s 2022 holiday menu is available now at participating locations nationwide until early 2023.
