The Year of the Horse symbolizes strength, movement, and good fortune, and there's a new, limited-time P.F. Chang’s Lunar New Year menu that pays tribute to this animal of the Chinese zodiac. This limited-time Lunar New Year Menu was put together to reflect the meaning of the holiday, and the bold flavors P.F. Chang's is known for. As such, guests can look forward to savoring items such as the Long Life Noodles, traditionally associated with prosperity and longevity, as well as Pork Belly Bao Buns, Sizzling Dumplings, Miso Lobster Dumplings, Butternut Squash Dumplings, and Black Pepper Filet. And to drink, there's the Midnight Gallop, a horse-inspired cocktail that can be ordered as an alcoholor or non-alcoholic version.

P.F. Chang’s Lunar New Year menu is now available for a limited time through February 24th at participating locations nationwide.
