Panda Express x Buldak have officially partnered to launch 'Dynamite Sweet & Sour Chicken,' a limited-time menu item set to become the spiciest offering in Panda Express’s history. The collaboration will debut in select U.S. markets beginning August 6, 2025, ahead of a potential national rollout based on market response.

This new dish reimagines the classic Cantonese sweet and sour flavor by infusing it with the intense heat of Buldak’s signature spicy sauce, widely known from its cult-favorite Korean noodles. The dish features crispy marinated chicken coated in a puffed rice batter, wok-tossed with red bell peppers, onions, and a custom-developed Buldak sauce for a bold, layered flavor profile.

Marking Buldak’s first U.S. partnership with a restaurant brand, the collaboration taps into rising demand among Gen Z and spice enthusiasts.
