Unbranded Beer Commercials

The 'Golden Challenge' Ad Features Long Jump Record Holder Bob Beamon

The 'Golden Challenge' ad is part of AB InBev's unbranded #WeAllLoveBeer campaign.

The 'Golden Challenge' ad features current long jump Olympic record holder Bob Beamon. Beamon set the record at the 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games. Beamon has waited 48 years for another Olympian to break his record, although a new world record was set in 1991.

The ad shows Beamon waiting at a bar. As part of the #WeAllLoveBeer campaign, Beamon says he will buy a beer for the Olympian who finally manages to break his Olympic record. On the #WeAllLoveBeer campaign site there is a countdown to the start time of the long jump at the Rio Olympic Games.

AB InBev's unbranded campaign is part of an initiative that aims "to show people that beer can be part of a balanced lifestyle."
