Coming in four scrumptious flavors, the new chip varieties include Sea Salt, Jalapeño Cheddar Jack, Buffalo & Cool Blue Ranch and Creamy French Onion. All of the chips are, as the name of the new line denotes, cooked using avocado oil which is purported to be a good source of monounsaturated fats in comparison to other chip brands on the market.
The Good Health Avocado Oil Gluten-Free Chips were described by the VP of Strategy at Good Health, Mary Schulman, when she said, "Today’s shoppers demand better-for-you foods for every eating occasion, and our new Avocado Oil Ridge Cut Potato Chips give people everywhere a unique snack that unites crunch and on-trend ingredients like avocado oil."
