Cocktail-Inspired Ice Cream Parlors

Gin Mare is Launching a Pop-Up G&T-Themed Ice Cream Event

In celebration of World Gin Day in June, gin brand Gin Mare will be launching a gin and tonic-themed ice cream parlor.

The event will be hosted at The Hoxton in London in collaboration with ice cream company Ruby Violet, where guests will be invited to select a base of botanical ice cream or sorbet. In the same way that one might garnish a cocktail with ingredients like dried olives, gin-soaked orange peels or black pepper, these toppings will finish off the gin-infused dessert tasting experience.

Ice cream parlors are currently being reinvented with a focus on appealing to adult audiences. Other examples of this include the Häagen-Dazs '& Lounge,' which serves non-alcoholic frozen desserts in cocktail glasses and Tiny Scoop's "barlour," which serves boozy ice cream desserts.
