'Fuel' is the name of a new genetic test kit from ORIG3N's LIFEPROFILE series that puts a specific emphasis on examining one's nutrition needs.
Fuel can be used to provide insights into a consumer's genetic makeup, determining the role that their own genes play in their own tendencies, weight and health as a whole. Fuel assesses genes that reveal information about one's food sensitivities, cholesterol and lipid levels and how the body stores fat. ORIG3N also notes that the test is capable of reading into the "Genes associated with hunger and weight, including the gene that signifies hunger and fullness, appetite, propensity toward obesity, risk of addictive food behaviors, sweet tooth and tendency to re-gain weight you have lost."
As well as being able to gain more insight about why they may dislike certain foods or have a low caffeine tolerance, consumers will be able to use the information supplied by LIFEPROFILE FUEL to adopt smarter eating plans.
