As personalization allows for the consumer to directly insert input based on need and financial situation, Yves Behar's fully customizable homes are bound to be a useful and accessible option for accommodation. In collaboration with custom home company Plant Prefab, the San Francisco-based designer delivers an urban solution to house density, affordability, and impending costs. Embracing the concept of micro-dwellings as viable and flexible spaces, Yves Behar dubbs his project 'LivingHomes YB1.'

These fully customizable homes are prefabricated and are ideal for young families, students, elderly people and so on. In addition, the modular units can serve as a potential extension/insert to an already existing structure if the clients desired an enclosed outdoor eating area, for example.
