'Swapples' is an inventive line of frozen waffles that are free from gluten and grains, as they are made with the yuca root rather than wheat. The alternative waffles are made with whole fruits, vegetables and spices and get their name from the fact that they "swap" conventionally used processed sugars, thickeners and refined flours for six (or less) simple real food ingredients.
