Brazi Bites is adding gluten-free waffles to its product portfolio and with its latest launch, the company claims to be bringing the first cheesy waffle to market. This cheesy waffle takes cues from Brazilian cheese bread and it can be enjoyed with sweet or savory toppings. This cheesy, protein-packed waffle responds to consumer demand for novel products, and as Junea Rocha, co-founder and chief marketing officer of Brazi Bites, says, “Once we saw how many fans were ‘waffling’ our cheese bread, we knew we had to make this viral hack a reality."

As part of the expansion of its breakfast offerings, Brazi Bites is also introducing classic homestyle and blueberry varieties, which are also crispy, fluffy and a source of protein.
