Hilton Hotels, the hotel giant, recently signed a new agreement with FreshOnTable, "a UAE-based start-up which promotes local farms and sustainability." The brand works with over 50 UAE farms to source fruits, vegetables, dairy products, poultry, and seafood. The organization is committed to reducing its environmental footprint by providing locally sourced items, keeping the source of production and consumption close together.
