The Freehand Hotel is a chain of luxury hotels that just opened a new location in New York City. The new hotel was built inside a classic flatiron building the George Washington Hotel, which was originally built in 1928.
In the flatiron neighborhood, this hotel is a modern space with warm colors and vibrant textures. The building features custom-made furniture, built specially for the space -- taking a contemporary twist with restored original pieces. Commissioned from Bard's College Live Arts Program, the site-specific art adds a unique design style while still supporting local artists.
With a stylish bar attached to the lobby, the Freehand hotel offers high-end amenities perfect for tourism and business travel -- making each stay as comfortable and fun as possible.
